No, it is not 2008. It is 2018 and Amanda Bynes is on the front cover of magazines again. PAPER Magazine released an exclusive interview with the actress in their winter edition. Bynes picked PAPER because she loves the edgy style of the publication.

Bynes has been out of the spotlight since 2013 to deal with her drug use. She quit acting, avoided the spotlight, and got into fashion.

Her last interview was with Hollywood Scoop in 2017, talking about her past.

The last acting credit she was in was the 2010 film, Easy A, alongside Emma Stone. Under the influence of drugs, Bynes was forgetting her lines and not liking the way she looked. She officially took to Twitter after that and announced her retirement at 24.

She is studying Merchandise Product Development at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles.

In the interview, Bynes says she would love to design her own line one day but wants to get back into acting first.

Bynes poses in many different outfits, some that are hers, and talks about her career, her downfall, and her comeback. All photo credit to PAPER Magazine.

The top layer shirt in these pictures is her own design.

She gets candid about her drug use and how she can’t stomach alcohol. Bynes apologizes for the Twitter rants and to anyone she hurt from it. She has been sober for four years now.

She looks happier than ever and is ready to inspire and help anyone who is going through what she went through.

Bynes ends her interview with “I have no fear of the future….. I feel like it’s only up from here.”

We are so excited Bynes is back and healthy. We can’t wait to see what her comeback role is. What would you like her to make a comeback in? Comedy, Reality TV, film? Let us know on Twitter at @Celebmix.
