G-Eazy has given Britney Spears fans an insight as to what they can expect from her new single, “Make Me (Ooh)”.

Britney herself selected the rapper to feature on the track, the first to be taken from her ninth studio album.

“You guys are gonna love it. You’re gonna eat it up. It’s big, it’s big” G-Eazy told KISS FM in the US.

Eazy was in Australia when he first heard the song, which he describes as leaning towards “hip-hop” in it’s genre.

“I got the call, and they were like, ‘Yo, Britney Spears wants you on her single’. I’m like, ‘Stop playing’.”

So impressed with song, the rapper recorded his part that night.

“It’ll go off in the club, and it’ll sound great on radio.” says Eazy. “I just think the walls of genre have been broken down and everything is a melting pot of different influences.”

The pair have already shot a music video for the track, which is expected to premiere later on this summer.

Britney posted a number of behind the scenes photos from the shoot last month on her Instagram.
