In a video titled “WHAT A YEAR“, telegenic YouTuber Brittney Lee Saunders has recounted what she describes as one of the hardest years of her life in an effort to inspire and motivate her hundreds of thousands of subscribers.
Saunders, 23, who was famously “broken up with” in October by fellow vlogger Dylan Sean Ryan, 25, made headlines for her heartfelt Snapchat stories describing her relationship breakdown and encouraging others to “be strong” in the face of tragedy.
Saunders boasts more than 900,000 subscribers to her beauty and lifestyle channel on YouTube.
In the throwback clip, Saunders talks about trips to the United States with cosmetics brands including Too Faced, and references breakups and social media feuds with other influencers before wrapping up with a positive message to be happy and appreciative.
The vlogger has recently forayed into acting with skits for Yahoo 7! Be, found online, that poke fun at New Years resolutions and her fake tanning routine.
