BTS’ quest to conquer the world is on track as they have been chosen as the new campaign models for Coca-Cola from June 2018 for the FIFA World Cup in Russia.
Korean Media site NAVER reported on April 30th that the Korean stars have been chosen as the global company’s models for their campaign, which is a huge deal for the young stars.
Coca-Cola stated that “BTS’s powerful energy on stage & passion of music are matched with passion of World Cup and joy of Coke”.
This is not the only exciting news for the boys that has been released in the past week, as the first wave of the ‘BTS Love Yourself World Tour‘ dates were announced last Thursday, with more on the way very soon.
Coca-Cola has been a leading sponsor of the World Cup since 1978 and using BTS for the marketing campaign is a huge deal for the boys due to the scale of the World Cup.
