Following their historic performance at the 2018 Billboard Music Awards, BTS has returned to American television once again, this time on The Late Late Show with James Corden, where the Korean septet performed their latest single “Fake Love” from their Love Yourself: Tear album.
The group performed the single for the first time at the 2018 Billboard Music Awards last month, where they officially marked their 2018 comeback. Afterwards, the group headed back to South Korea to further promote the single on various Korean programs. Although “Fake Love” has only been out for a few weeks, it has already proven to be the group’s most successful track thus far, becoming BTS’s first top 10 single on the Billboard Hot 100, charting at #10 respectively. The group’s Love Yourself: Tear album also earned the group their first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 albums chart.
BTS’s June 12th Late Late Show performance marks the group’s second following their appearance on the show last November.
