Earlier today, Calvin Harris announced he is teaming up with Rihanna for a new single called “This Is What You Came For”.
On twitter he posted “April 29 @rihanna” meaning that the single is going to grace our ears very soon, YES!
The star teased fans on his social media with an audio clip of the song, which sounds like the build up to one of Calvin’s legendary dance tracks.

Rihanna’s soft sultry voice is the first sound to grace our ears in the short clip with what appears to sound like a harp in the backing track, making for a very relaxing first impression. This is then followed by Mr Harris’s signature cutting and repetition, building to what should be a massive drop, and possibly 2016’s biggest summer anthem.
The album cover is a cartoon fork lightening bolt the word ‘lightening’ also appears in the small snippet we already have, hopefully indicating that this track will be on fire.
If you have an eye for detail you may have noticed that Calvin Harris’s other half, Miss Taylor Swift, sported the cover art on her back at Coachella, and posted a snap on instagram last week. A sneaky but clever promo for the upcoming track!

This is not the first time Rihanna and Calvin have worked together, their last collaboration, ‘We Found Love’, scored them a number 1 hit in the UK and US billboard charts, so if thats anything to go by we can be sure to look forward to ‘This Is What You Came For’.
