    CC1 is getting closer.

On Saturday evening, Camila Cabello unveiled three never-before-heard songs during her set at B96’s Pepsi SummerBash in Chicago. Though she performed “Bad Things,” “I Have Questions” and “Crying in the Club,” the pint-sized powerhouse also introduced a trio of fresh material, which will appear on her forthcoming debut solo album The Hurting, The Healing, The Loving, due out this fall.

“Havana,” rumored to be Cabello’s next single, couldn’t have been any more catchier with a strong chorus meant to sing-along to. “Havana ooh na na/ Half of my heart is in Havana ooh na na/ He took me back to East Havana, na na na/ Half of my heart is in Havana.” The track even resulted to a brief, yet sexy choreography breakdown from the songstress herself, who displayed dazzling vocals throughout.

“OMG” is another strong contender that would do incredibly well for radio play. Many fans are speculating that the song may just be a collaboration with an unknown rapper; however, nothing is confirmed at the moment. All we know it is most certainly a bop. During her performance, Cabello was joined on stage by two background dancers, but could not be overlooked with her alluring body moves and dominant stage presence.

Last but not least, our personal favorite out of the newbies, “I’ll Never Be The Same.” Though we knew Cabello had some experience when it came to playing the guitar, we had yet to see her put those skills to the test in a live setting. She completely wore her heart on her sleeve. With lyrics such as “It’s you, babe/ I’m a sucker for the way that you move, babe/ I could try to run but it would be useless, you’re to blame,” we see a recently discovered vulnerability from the former 5H star and get a taste of what to expect from her anticipated record. There is much more emotion where that came from too.

In a recent interview with BBC, Cabello revealed that creating the album has taught her not to be afraid to feel. “Feeling sad is a part of life. Grief is a part of life. Heartbreak is a part of life just as much as falling in love is a part of life. And it doesn’t necessarily mean that those emotions are bad. They are just as necessary as the happy ones.”

“And so don’t be afraid of them, welcome them, let them in,” she added. “Because as soon as you accept it, talk about it, accept that it’s happening, the sooner you’ll be able to move on from it. I felt like this whole process really opened me up again and helped me let go of all the pain I was feeling. I felt like it healed me to the point where I was good again.”

The singer will be hitting the road with Bruno Mars this summer as the opening act on select dates during his 24K Magic World Tour, one of the hottest treks of the year. You can check out a full list of cities, as well as ticket availability here.
