Yesterday, Cascada announced that their new single “Run” will be released on 27 January 2017. This wasn’t the only announcement, they also released the single cover artwork.
The three-piece dance band, fronted by Natalie Horler, has been working on new music for some time now. This announcement will be the first of many, we expect; especially with Natalie Horler confirming in an interview that they have two new singles on the way; one of which is definitely “Run”.
Check out Cascada’s Facebook announcement here:
The single is the follow-up to their 2015 single “Reason“; however, they did feature on Cassiano’s track “Praise You” last year, which was a cover version of Mary Mary’s “Shackles (Praise You)”.
In the aforementioned interview, Natalie Horler did reveal that they are working on a music video, this could be released soon in promotion of “Run”.
The cover is bright and suggestive of bubblegum pop, but the previews that can be heard from the pre-orders suggest a whole different style. Natalie Horler is looking as sexy as usual on the cover of the single. This artwork is easily identifiable as a Cascada single artwork, and easily blends in with their others.

It is thought that this preview is what can be heard from the iTunes pre-order page. The song is available to pre-order now and will be available to download on 27 January 2017.
The preview shows a new direction for Cascada; developing their sound. Natalie Horler’s amazing vocals is full of power. Manian and Yanou continue to prove they’re a force to be reckoned with, what with their amazing catchy beats that totally makes Cascada’s music their own.
Cascada continues to line up gig dates as they continue to tour throughout Europe.
