You may recognize this girl power movement that started just a few months ago.
Well folks, it’s still going on and with your help this campaign can come to life! All that’s needed is your support! (If you’ve already signed and supported, you rock!)
By support, we mean fully invested in why this kind of movement is important. Not just by signing the petition and spreading the words to others about it.
Women have always been ridiculed in the media especially in the world of music. Global retailers like H&M have helped the media understand that no matter your size, skin color, orientation etc, you are beautiful in every way.
H&M is about expressing yourself in whatever way you want to through fashion.
Little Mix & Fifth Harmony are both great advocates of self-expression and having both these huge girl groups collaborate with the largest retailer in the world means that this campaign could end up being one, if not, the biggest campaign in the entire globe!
This concentration is more focused on girl groups because what better way than to show those negative nancies that women CAN work together.
They’ve always had the ability to do so. It’s just that some reality TV shows and some pesky media outlets love to bring in the drama and only concentrate on the apparent cattiness (*meow*).
So to make things short, make sure to spread the word through your social media be it Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Instagram etc.
