Cher Lloyd and Cheryl became extremely close during the 2010 series of The X Factor where Lloyd was mentored by Chezza, but shortly after the show ended their friendship began to fall apart with the then teen star taking swipes at her former bestie, but the pair are now firm friends again.
Cher Lloyd who was just 16-years-old when she blew the judges away with her audition of ‘Turn My Swag On’ with Cheryl declaring “you’re right up me street” . During the show Cheryl took her “mini me” under her wing and guided her to fourth place in the singing contest!
Cher then released her debut single ‘Swagger Jagger’ which topped the UK charts before moving to the USA amid rumours of a rift with her former mentor.
The outspoken teen is now a respectable young woman aged 23 and has been married to Craig Monk for three happy years, and she made her first appearance on UK TV earlier today for the first time since 2014, appearing on Loose Women where she admitted her “gob” caused the rift with Cheryl.
Speaking about becoming friends again with Chezza, Lloyd said: “We made up ages ago, I got married and she tweeted me and then when she got married I tweeted her.
“I’d hope to bump into her. There was never really an issue, but back when I was 16, this gob…”
Not only are Cheryl and Cher officially pals again, it seems the ‘Swagger Jagger’ star is taking style tips from her former X Factor judge, as she now bears an even more uncanny likeness to the ‘Crazy Stupid Love’ hitmaker.

We are glad to hear that the pair have now officially made-up.
