Following the smashing success of their launch album, Primera Cita, CNCO are gearing up to release their second album.
CNCO’s second album, CNCO, is set for release on April 6. The second album, which will follow their wildly successful first album, comes just a few weeks after the guys finished their tour run for Primera Cita in Latin America. CNCO is definitely killing it on the charts throughout the world.
And the cover art for this thing is absolutely stunning.
We can’t begin to describe how happy we are after such an incredible and unforgettable night ?? in Viña Del Mar ?? We are even more excited to share the cover for our second self-titled ? album: CNCO ??? #CNCOAlbum pic.twitter.com/dQYcrJt34G

Even though the guys announced that fans would have to wait a whole month to listen to the album, that didn’t stop them from releasing some songs beforehand to get them all hyped up. They released “Bonita,” “Mi Medicina” and “Fiesta en Mi Casa.”
These three singles, which are set to be playing on radio stations everywhere, are great examples of what the album will bring to fans. Definitely more mature in terms of music composure, lyrics and topics, the songs are further removed from Primera Cita.
While Primera Cita focused on loving someone from afar, going out for first dates, and experiencing the beginnings of love, CNCO seems to focus on evolved, steady relationships. Gone are the boys who sang about being nervous about first dates. Now they’ve been replaced by young men who are enjoying their youth, who are ‘ok’ with stable relationships but alright without them. CNCO is a mature step forward and the deeper bass and sultry, more mature voices are set to make this second album more successful than the first (if that’s even possible here).

We seriously can never forget about “Hey DJ,” “Mamita” and “Reggaeton Lento (Remix),” which are also going to be blessing us on this second album. The 14-song album can already be pre-ordered through iTunes whilst several stores around the world are selling limited signed copies of the album.
The band is set to attend the Latin Billboard Awards on April 26 in Las Vegas. They’re nominated for Hot Latin Songs artist of the year, duo or group, Latin pop album of the year, Latin pop artist of the year, duo or group and top Latin albums artist of the year, duo or group. If things are looking up, the band could take at least one of those home.
