The Coachella Festival is best known for the amazing headliners that never fail to reach all genres of music – and they’ve done it again this year.
The 6-day show lineup was announced on Monday with the newly reunited band Guns ‘N Roses headlining. The rumors of the band’s possible reunion began early last May when the former lead guitarist Slash mentioned that the previous stress and tension within in the band had disappeared. It is not certain which former members are coming back, however, both Slash and Duff McKagen confirmed their return on their social media. A similar picture was posted to McKagen’s Facebook page and Slash’s Instagram account.
The complete lineup was posted on the Coachella Festival’s twitter page, with headliners including LCD Soundsystem, Calvin Harris, Ellie Goulding, the 1975, Halsey, plus many more.
The music festival takes place over two weekends, from April 15-17 and then from April 22-24. Located in Indio, California, the Coachella Valley is home to the music stages along with the polo grounds that guests can camp on during their time there. Pre-sale for passes starts on January 6th at 11am on the festival’s website here.
