British pop superstar Rita Ora has announced that her new single ‘Girls’ featuring Bebe Rehxa, Charli XCX and Cardi B will be released next Friday, May 11.
Rita teased the announcement on an Instagram Live last night and took to Twitter today to confirm the details of the new single.

The track was originally previewed at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend last year where Rita treated festival goers to an exclusive performance of the girl power anthem as she was assisted by industry friends and pop superstars Charli XCX and Raye.
For the final version Ora has enlisted the help of superstar friend and Pop babe Charli XCX, who has stated many a time that she’s all for girl power and supporting other females, and who earlier this year performed alongside Dua Lipa in a special Live Lounge and released a powerful female focused playlist to celebrate Women’s History Month.
Fellow Albanian pop sensation, Bebe Rexha is also on the track after having huge hits with ‘Me, Myself and I’, ‘In The Name of Love’ and most recently with the country inspired ‘Meant To Be’. She confirmed in an interview earlier on this week that herself and Rita shot their scenes for the star studded music video in London and that Charli and Cardi have recorded their parts in LA.
Lastly on the all-female line up is none other than worldwide mega star and fellow Atlantic artist Cardi B. The rapper rose to fame with her club anthem ‘Bodak Yellow’ back in June of last year and has trail blazed her way to becoming a mega star ever since by breaking huge records and having major success with her recently released debut album ‘Invasion of Privacy’.
The new single will be a follow up for a stream of successful releases from Ora with the Liam Payne assisted ‘For You’, dance pop anthem ‘Anywhere’ and her collaboration with recently passed DJ Avicii on ‘Lonely Together’. Rita continues to build up anticipation as she prepares to release her long awaited sophomore album, which is expected later this year.
‘Girls’ will be released next Friday which also happens to be the first day of Rita Ora’s suitably named sold out ‘Girls Tour’. She will perform 13 dates across Europe with support from London R & B songstress, Raye. Both artists have also been announced as part of this year’s Capital FM Summer Time Ball line up.
