Five Reasons Why Courtney Act Should Have Been On RPDR All Stars

The second season of ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars’ is almost here, but we can’t help but feeling that someone’s missing.

Courtney Act was the runner-up, along with Adore Delano, in season six of the competition show. During her season, the fierce queen showed that she had what it takes to become America’s Next Drag Superstar. We have listed five reasons why we feel that Courtney Act should have been a part of All Stars.

Her big heart and support for the other contestants

Courtney has always been supportive of her fellow queens. If someone’s not feeling okay she will let them know how wonderful they are just by being themselves.

Slaying all of the challenges

Whether it’s an acting, singing or runway challenge, Courtney will slay it. Although she was accused of relying on her looks, she proved to the judges that she’s more than just a fishy queen. She, along with winner Bianca Del Rio, went all the way to the final without ever being in the bottom two.

Runway beast

Courtney’s runway looks were all memorable. We’re still envious of her wardrobe and we would have loved to see more on All Stars.

Inspirational

Just by being on RuPual’s Drag Race these queens have proved that they are brave and inspirational souls. Courtney Act has been all of that and more. Courtney is always the first person to stand up to injustice and to fight for equality. She acknowledges her mistakes and strives to become a better person every single day, and she wants everybody to know that they are beautiful and important.

“Having identified as a gay man most of my adult life, the last few years I have realized that both my sexuality and gender are fluid. This has been so liberating for me because I never fit into the binary of man/woman or gay/straight anyway.

I feel more comfortable existing in the grey area and I encourage anyone who feels like the status quo doesn’t represent them to join me. You may feel broken or separate but when you look through a kaleidoscope, suddenly all of those broken bits and pieces create a beautiful image.”
