This years official Children in Need fundraising single has been announced! It has been confirmed that Craig David will release his track ‘All We Needed’ in aid of the children’s charity.
The news that David will be fronting this years campaign comes after a fantastic 2016 saw him burst back onto the music scene with his first number 1 album in 16 long years.
The ‘Following My Intuition’ album was a huge success and ‘All We Needed’ has been lifted from the hit LP.
The 35-year-old singer announced the news via his official Twitter account;

The new single from the star is unlike any of his past garage/pop bangers and is instead a stripped back ballad.

This years Children in Need will be on BBC 1 on November 18th, with the week of fundraising kicking off on Monday with the special concert in honour of the late Sir Terry Wogan! ‘Children in Need Rocks For Terry’, will air on BBC 1 from 8.30pm and features performances from the likes of Ward Thomas, Take That, Ellie Goulding, Olly Murs, and many, many more.
