Seventeen years old and fresh out of high school, Daya is doing pretty dang good! Her song ‘Don’t Let Me Down’ in collaboration with The Chainsmokers was one of the biggest hits of the Summer and is still dominating the radio. Her debut EP, ‘Daya’, is what really showed us what her music and sound is all about. ‘Hide Away’ and ‘Sit Still Look Pretty’ have also been receiving a great amount of love; earning her some beloved fans, gigs at festivals, and love on the airwaves.
Now Daya is here to really make her name in music. Daya just announced the release of her debut album, ‘Sit Still, Look Pretty’, which is set to release on October 7th!

Daya took to Twitter to share the big news! Also, it looks like the singer is sharing a sneak peak of the album right on her Spotify! No, it doesn’t actually have the full track list yet, but it does include her own songs from the ‘Daya’ EP and some songs from other artists including Rihanna, Drake, Tove Lo, Twenty One Pilots, and even The 1975! Were these artists influences in her new album? We are eager to find out!
