Only two weeks to go until LORIS release their brand new single “Dirty Bass”, and it is definitely a must-listen.
The upbeat, electronic track could become a standout moment for them. The lyrics are completely catchy, suggesting you should “feel the bass”. LORIS will have you singing along in no time.
As for the backing track, it is bass-infused and beaty throughout, using a range of instruments that progresses the song and gives it a momentum all on its own.

They also released a music video to accompany the song, on their YouTube Channel. It was made by video production company Dog Kennel Productions.
The video itself is a pure performance visual, showing the trio off brilliantly. Singer, Frances Mitchell, oozes stage presence, totally nailing her performance in this video. The spotlight is on her throughout and she gives it her all. In doing so, it captivates the audience into loving this track as much as she does. Tommy Keery and Michael Mormecha also bring it for this video, adding extra energy to the already pulsating visual.

The video also has a pole dancer, who is technically amazing at what she does. It’s less relatable to the song but adds texture and a different visual for the audience to watch.
This is officially LORIS’ fourth single after “Yeah”, “Crazy” and “Higher”. They also released a debut EP named after their first single “Yeah”. The EP is available on their web store in both digital and physical formats.
The three-piece female-fronted group are from Belfast, Northern Ireland. They formed in 2013, and since then have received amazing support from BBC Introducing. They also got Track of the Week with their debut single “Yeah”. They are certainly ones to watch.
Don’t forget, “Dirty Bass” will be available to stream and download on 24 February 2017.
