Acclaimed DJ and producer DJ Fresh is BACK with a brand new single that’s got hit written all over it! DJ Fresh has teamed up with High Contrast and Dizzee Rascal for the excellent new track How Love Begins.
Whilst the single won’t be released until February 5th 2016 via Ministry of Sound, CelebMix has had a listen to the track and we can confirm that DJ Fresh has created something HUGE. Reminiscent of the 90’s old school vibes, How Love Begins “marries contemporary sounds with vintage, breaks-laden rhythms and classic rave sampling”. The track is completed by some powerful vocals and of course, some on point rapping by Dizzie Rascal.
This isn’t the first time that DJ Fresh has worked with Dizzee. Their collaboration The Power was a top 10 hit in 2012 and remains as a huge summer hit.
How Love Begins was premiered by Annie Mac as her ‘Hottest Record In The World’ on BBC Radio 1 and as MistaJam’s ‘Radio Ripper’ on 1xtra. The song is feel good dance music at its best. Its anthemic beats will make you wish that you were on a beach in Ibiza and the track will no doubt make a big impression on the dance scene in 2016.
DJ Fresh is no stranger to making big hits. Having sold over 2.7 million records so far, including number one singles Louder and Hot Right Now featuring Rita Ora, DJ Fresh continues to be at the forefront of dance music’s mainstream resurgence and shows no signs of stopping any time soon. With new music on the way, working with the likes of Tinie Tempah, Icona Pop and Wiley, DJ Fresh is here to stay.
