DNCE and Nicki Minaj’s ‘Kissing Strangers’ has been one of our standout songs of the summer ever since its release back in April. Despite already being an incredible collaboration, the song has now been given a sexy Spanish remix by none other than ‘Despacito’ hitmaker Luis Fonsi.
Taking over from DNCE frontman Joe Jonas in the verses, Luis gives the song an irresistible Spanish twist. We’re obsessed with the original version of the song but there’s no doubt that this remix is hot stuff.
‘Despacito’ (also featuring Daddy Yankee and Justin Bieber) is the ultimate soundtrack to Summer 2017, racking up its eleventh week at number one in the UK this week. However, whilst ‘Despacito’ continues to ride high, we’re excited that Luis has lent his dulcet tones to ‘Kissing Strangers’ to spread even more Spanglish love in the charts.
Take a listen to the Luis Fonsi remix of ‘Kissing Strangers’ below.
Spanglish remixes are currently taking over the airwaves and they’re definitely giving us plenty of summer holiday vibes. Aside from ‘Despacito’, the remix of Enrique Iglesias’ track ‘Súbeme La Radio’ featuring Matt Terry and Sean Paul is currently at number two on the UK iTunes chart. We’re pretty certain that ‘Kissing Strangers’ is going to rocket back up the chart following this Spanish twist!
