Dua Lipa continues her rise as one of pop music’s most glittering artists with her new single ‘Physical’.
Taken from her forthcoming album Future Nostalgia, ‘Physical’ is a delicious slice of punchy and retro synth-pop which sees Dua sing about a love which is “phenomenal”.
“Who needs to go to sleep when I got you next to me?” says Dua before launching into the dance-heavy chorus. There is an air of euphoria surrounding the song and it’s certain to be a hit on the dance floor and beyond in the near future.
Dua has also teamed up the song with a super-charged music video. Directed by Lope Serrano, the visual is a rainbow filled dream full of high energy, slick dance sequences and Dua serving looks a plenty.

Alongside the release of her new single, Dua has confirmed the release date for her highly anticipated new album, Future Nostalgia. Due to be unveiled in all its glory on April 3, the album is now available to pre-order on all the usual formats as well as a pink neon vinyl, CD, picture disc, gold cassette and deluxe box set, which you can get here.
Speaking about the album, Dua said in a press release: “I’m so excited to launch the pre order for my new album Future Nostalgia. It’s been an amazing experience making this record and I can’t wait for you all to hear it… Not long now.”
Dua has also unveiled the tracklist for Future Nostalgia. The 11-track album includes the lead single ‘Don’t Start Now’, ‘Physical’, and the title track.
