This summer is going to be a big one for music, with album after album coming our way in the next months. Whether you’ve just discovered an artist or it’s a band responsible for your favourite throwbacks, we have a feeling that you’ll want to keep these albums on your radar and start learning their lyrics for some summer tours! Here are eight albums to hear in June 2018.

    Artist: Kanye West

    Date: June 1st

Kanye West has easily been one of the most talked about artists of the past decade, let alone the past few weeks. His fourth studio album 808s & Heartbreak reaches its tenth birthday in November, but he’ll be releasing Love Everyone a week before his own birthday on June 1st!

    Artist: Owl City

    Date: June 1st

You would not believe your eyes…if Kanye West and Owl City were releasing an album on the same day. Owl City has definitely been around for quite some time as well, and we’re excited to hear what’s next! You’ll be able to hear some of these songs live on the Cinematic Tour this fall.

    6. Sunnyland

We’re happy to finally announce our first single "Piece Of Your Heart” off of our upcoming album Sunnyland, out June 15th on @riserecords!

Pre-orders for Sunnyland are available here >> https://t.co/JeAPWhwKHI

    — Mayday Parade (@maydayparade) May 3, 2018

    Artist: Mayday Parade

    Date: June 15th

We’ll be getting new Mayday Parade music mid-June, and the band just might be stopping in your city this summer! Currently getting ready to join the final cross-country Vans Warped Tour, Mayday Parade will be releasing Sunnyland the week before the tour begins.

    5. Living Proof

Our new song “Mine Is Gold” is premiering now on @billboard! Let us know what you think and don’t forget to get your #LivingProof pre-orders in ?? https://t.co/Ngo7KeMUsQ pic.twitter.com/X8GNHRJIEQ

    — State Champs ? (@State_Champs) May 24, 2018

    Artist: State Champs

    Date: June 15th

State Champs have always been known for their ability to bring their boundless energy to any stage, and this year they’ll also be joining the Vans Warped Tour with some new tracks from their upcoming album, Living Proof! We’ve been loving “Dead and Gone” and “Mine Is Gold” so far, and we’re stoked to hear the rest of the album. You can find more information about this year’s Vans Warped Tour dates here.

    4. Youngblood

    Artist: 5 Seconds of Summer

    Date: June 15th

Almost three full years after their last album, Sounds Good Feels Good, 5 Seconds of Summer made their return in full force earlier this year by announcing the release of their album Youngblood for June 22nd and dropping catchy singles “Want You Back” and “Youngblood”, while also embarking on the 5SOS3 Tour in select intimate venues worldwide. Fans were in for a treat when the band announced that Youngblood would be released a week earlier than the initial date of June 22nd. We’ll get to hear those new songs on the Meet You There tour, kicking off later this summer.

    3. Expectations

    — Bebe Rexha (@BebeRexha) April 8, 2018

    Artist: Bebe Rexha

    Date: June 22nd

After bringing us hits such as “I Got You” and “Meant to Be” featuring Florida Georgia Line that have been dominating the airwaves, Bebe Rexha is bringing us a whole album of more songs that’ll be on replay for the rest of the year!

    2. Pray for the Wicked

    Artist: Panic! At The Disco

    Date: June 28th

It seems like only yesterday when Panic! At The Disco released A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out, until you realize it’s been over a decade and they’re still making amazing music. With the way “Say Amen (Saturday Night)” and the album’s other singles are sounding, we’re more than ready to hear the rest of Pray For the Wicked! Fans will have some time to learn the lyrics to new songs and brush up on the old, as the Pray for the Wicked Tour kicks off in July.

    1. Scorpion

    Artist: Drake

    Date: June 28th

Over the course of his career, it seems that Drake’s music has been making headlines and making some unforgettable marks in pop culture. Whether it be the use of the phrase “YOLO” taking off after the release of “The Motto” featuring Lil Wayne and Tyga or the release of “Duppy Freestyle”, something tells us he’s not going anywhere. Will the tracks on Scorpion have us in our feels or out until last call at the club? We’ll just have to find out on June 28th. You can also catch him on tour this summer with Migos!
