Upon hearing that Drew Chadwick had reunited with brothers Keaton and Wesley Stromberg, the Emblem3 fanbase have been eagerly waiting for new music from the trio.
The wait is finally over! The band have released a song called “Now” on YouTube, officially marking the return of Emblem3. With an explosion of the youthful spirit that they brought to the table years ago, they’re back and better than ever. It’s upbeat, catchy, and the type of song you sing with the windows down while cruising down Sunset Blvd. For lack of a better word, it’s a jam but also a song of reflection and appreciation. This is how the boys do it.
Telling the story of their career thus far, this song proves that you don’t have to give up meaningful lyrics for a catchy song-you can have both. The fans are familiar with the ups and downs of their career-from the beginning, their success, the near-end of the band – but the band promise a triumphant return as the teenage kings they once were.
“Now” truly shows how well the boys work together. Keaton Stromberg is not only a talented vocalist but can also produce amazing music – both elements are definitely shown in this new song. Drew Chadwick was the missing piece, proving this through precicely nailing every lyric with the passion and meaning it held and deserved. Wesley’s melodic and versatile voice, maintained through side projects ties the song together. Together, the song feels like one from their pre-X Factor era, staying true to their roots.
Looks like no one can stop them now!
