Brazilian singer/songwriter, Carvi (Maria Helena de Carvalho), has released her new single, “VIBE” today and CelebMix has the exclusive premiere of it.
“VIBE” comes before her EP, “Fuel the Crazy,” due out this fall. This EP is her first experience with multi-genres.
Carvi, now based in New York, was a world traveler from a young age. She seeks to explore music in her own way by crafting her own sound, combining Pop, R&B, Hip-Hop, and Brazilian sounds to form a genre she calls down-tempo/electronic pop.
About the new tune, Carvi said, “VIBE” deals with establishing a world of one’s own, escaping troubles and obstacles, and traveling through one’s own mind to create a personal reality. I believe you should get lost and escape, create your own vibe… No matter what’s going on. You have the ability to create your own escape. And if you don’t… That’s what I’m here for…that’s what VIBE will do to you.”
The hypnotizing tune will have you hooked from the first five seconds and inspire you to be the best you.
