EXCLUSIVE: Meg DeAngelis Surprises Super Fan on Joel McHale’s New Show ‘CRASHED’

Last week, we saw Ricky Dillon surprise a superfan on Joel McHale’s new go90 show, and now, YouTube sensation Meg DeAngelis will be the one featured on an upcoming episode of McHale’s CRASHED.

The show is a 10-episode series that documents what happens when unsuspecting fans are nominated by their friends and family to have their favorite celebrities in music, sports and comedy “crash” their otherwise normal day and turn it into an unforgettable experience.

In Meg’s episode, a girl named Erin nominates her friend named Julia, who recently got accepted to into a prestigious theater program. Meg says that she knows that it is a very important time in Julia’s life because she has so many important decisions to make.

Meg says, “I wanted to hopefully inspire her and tell her any advice that I might have, because I think her making this move, going forward in theater is actually really really huge and amazing. I know that it can be really scary, but I want to her to focus on the bright side and the positive things about it.”

To surprise Julia, Meg dresses up as a pizza delivery girl and delivers pizza to Julia, Erin, and their friends at a sleepover. When the doorbell rings, Julia opens the door and is surprised to see none other than Meg DeAngelis at her front door.

Julia was in disbelief. “This can’t be happening right now. This isn’t real.”
