Just as the summer starts to roll in for us all, summer anthems get dropped and Chloe Jane is at the forefront of it all with this awesome Spanglish track “No Patience (No Tengo Paciencia)”. Addicting to no end, Chloe Jane shines in both the song and the music video – the latter of which we have the honour of premiering. “No Patience (No Tengo Paciencia)” is officially released on May 19, 2023, and acts as the follow-up to the Lenno remix of her previous single “Sick of Sadness”.
Chloe Jane, a multi-talented artist hailing from New York, is making waves as a pop singer, songwriter, dancer, and DJ. “‘No Patience (No Tengo Paciencia)’ is about losing patience with someone in a relationship. I gave someone so much of my time and energy and all I got in return was gaslighting and them lying to me. Eventually, I came to my senses and said ‘I gotta go, I don’t have patience for you this time.’,” Chloe Jane said about the track. “The song was originally written in English over a reggaeton/pop production. Right after it was finished, I came up with the idea that it would sound amazing in Spanish too. My friend, Momo, and I translated the entire song into Spanish in Miami and then my producers, SameSame, and I chose the best parts in English and Spanish and combined them. I love Latin music. I grew up listening to Latin artists like Marc Anthony, Shakira, Ricky Martin, and Gloria Estefan because my mom loved them and had their CDs playing at home all hours of the day. I also grew up taking Latin Ballroom dancing lessons so Jennifer Lopez is one of my idols. The song came naturally and the video was so much fun to shoot in Ibiza, Spain, the place my parents met and my second home. I hope this song resonates with people who have experienced similar situations and serves as a reminder not to tolerate mistreatment from others.”

Written by Chloe Jane, Jimmy Duval, and Sara Forsenberg, while it was produced by SameSame, “No Patience (No Tengo Paciencia)” is easily the summer anthem of 2023, with the addicting production which DJs are going to love remixing, to Chloe Jane’s flawless passionate vocals, and the incredible Spanglish lyrics, this track is everything and more. The track opens with Chloe Jane’s stunning vocals making it beyond clear that she doesn’t have the patience nor the time and effort and energy to put into a relationship where the other half isn’t putting in the same amount of time, patience, effort, and energy – we all deserve someone who can love us as much as we can love them as well as ourselves. It’s clear from the get-go that whoever this person is definitely didn’t deserve Chloe Jane, and it’s totally their loss. The track keeps her vocals as the main focus with an upbeat complimentary rhythm that has Latin influences which slides nicely with her Spanish lyrics as soon as the chorus hits. Stunning throughout, Chloe Jane makes sure that the chorus hits home to the listeners with her gorgeous vocals and personified honesty. The Spanglish lyrics infuse brilliantly with both the English and Spanish working perfectly alongside one another creating addicting lines that are certainly going to be stuck in our heads for the rest of the week.
As for the music video, two visuals were filmed: a Spanish visual, which was directed by Miguel L. Garrido with Marta Estrada acting as Creative Director; and an English visual, where Rick Gustafson acted as Director of Photography and Creative Director, Yanina Oyarzo acted as Creative and Talent Director, and Angel Alzona acted as Co-Director. The two different videos were edited together by Caro Knapp and as a whole, it was produced by Rulebreaker Entertainment. Truly bringing the summer to this track while making sure to keep to the narrative of deciding a certain relationship wasn’t worth the time and effort, Chloe Jane completely delivers with the official music video to “No Patience (No Tengo Paciencia)”. Mainly a performance piece visual where Chloe Jane looks completely stunning and beautiful in every single scene, we watch her add visual passion and emotion to the song. As the second verse is introduced, we see her posing with her friends before one of them receives a text asking her to tell Chloe Jane to call him now – quite aggressively too – to which Chloe Jane and her girls shake their heads and totally ignore – definitely a warning sign if we ever see one. The little scene adds context to both the video and the song and also showcases Chloe Jane’s solid acting ability. As the video nears the end, we see her Latin Ballroom training kick in as she dances with a good-looking guy.
