Edo Ferragamo is back with his new single. Worked upon in collaboration with the producer Mike Gazzo and the rapper Sammy Adams, the song “Pouring Rain” offers a blend of different genres, ranging from electro, rock to pop.
This intense record talks about the agony of unrequited love. Questioning if the ones you once dearly loved can ever be replaced, “Pouring Rain” details out the physical as well as mental effect memories can have on an individual. Lacing the single with electro music worked well. It gave “Pouring Rain” a sonic intensity and complimented the vocal pitch used. With clear diction and strong voice control, Ferragamo gave yet another glimpse into his vocal prowess.
Edo Ferragamo is the grandson of famed fashion designer Salvatore Ferragamo. But instead of following the footsteps of his family, Edo is making a name for himself with music. This summer, he completed his first tour, performing at the Home Festival in Venice (which featured headlining acts such as Young Thug, Aphex Twin, Paul Kalkbrenner, and Pusha T), the Oltre Festival in Bologna, Nammos Mykonos as a special guest of Amr Diab & Antonis Remos, and at Manifattura Tabacchi in Florence.
“Pouring Rain” is his fourth US release and Ferragamo will be releasing a single a month for 2020 and gearing up for the release of his debut album The Edo Ferragamo Project.
