EXCLUSIVE: Premiere of Meg De Lacy’s New Single ‘Bruises’

Meg DeLacy is a native Angeleno singer/songwriter and actress from Los Angeles and has had a song on her lips since she was 8 years old. Aged 12 she picked up the guitar and has since showcased her talents on a regular basis. Her musical style is influenced by the soul of, Amy Winehouse,  Corinne Bailey Rae, the bass drum beat of Santigold and MIA combined with bohemian flares. Meg also shares her talent on stage at local LA venues such as House of Blues, Room5 Lounge, Hotel Cafe, and WitzEnd,

Flexing her acting chops, Meg De Lacy starred as Whitney in Awesomeness TV’s musical dramedy web series “Side Effects,” and as Nyla French on Freeform’s “Recovery Road. The mutli-talented star also made her movie debut back in 2012 in the Korean-American collaboration, “Papa,” followed by the thriller, “The Blackout.” And In early 2017, she starred in the Fine Brothers’ movie “F The Prom.” While she is currently starring in new season of The Fosters. And she is also starring in the upcoming ’60s inspired indie “Woodstock or Bust”

And now she has returned to the music scene with new single ‘Bruises’. Speaking about the track, Meg DeLacy says: “Bruises emulates passion, a long lasting love bite on top of soulful and dark inflections with jazz undertones.”
