With Christmas Day just around the corner now seems like the perfect time to sit back, relax and enjoy some festive tunes. And helping us to get truly into the holiday spirit is fast rising country music artist, Caroline Marquard who has recently shared her brilliant original Christmas single ‘Christmas in a Hometown’.
The festive release comes on the back of her hugely successful debut single ‘Not A Rolling Stone’ which inspires fans to stay positive during troubling times.
And with her holiday single, Caroline is ready to spread cheer far and wide and is ready to share the official music video with the world. Speaking about the track, Marquard says: “This song is all about the nostalgia of the holidays. I was feeling homesick when I wrote it, so I wanted the song to mention all of my favorite things from Christmas traditions, seeing family and wrapping presents. I think Christmas is the most magical time of the year so even though I was feeling a bit down when I wrote it, I wanted the song to sound really light and dreamy because that’s what the holiday season sounds like to me”.
