As we mentioned earlier, Phoenix first rose to fame as a contestant on Australia’s X Factor. After going all the way to the semi finals, teary-eyed celebrations included, she decided to take a small step away from writing and performing.
However, in a recent interview with Cliché mag, Phoenix spoke about how she always remained positive about her musical future. “My music really reflects my personality. I’m laid-back, but also super outgoing,” she said. “Overall, I’m all about finding that balance and enforcing positivity – Knowing yourself allows more room for positive thinking and less room for negative energy.”
‘Be The One’ is just the beginning for Phoenix Melody. With a new found hope and positivity in her music, we can expect her first full EP later this year. There’ll also be a remix package for ‘Be The One’, as well as an official music video.
