Rising starlet SØF is back with a brand new song called ‘One Night’, her fifth release this year.
‘One Night’ is a dreamy indie-pop song which shows yet another side to this talented songstress. From the off, the song is captivating both in terms of its lyrics and melody. The chorus is particularly strong, and we can already imagine it being a singalong anthem for anyone who resonates with it. The latter half is woven together with brass sounds which adds an extra dimension to the track. Without doubt, this is our favourite release from SØF so far.
Speaking about the track, SØF said: “‘One Night’ is the story of how I met one of the most special people in my life. They say love happens when you least expect it, and that’s completely true. My freshman year of college I met a guy that I thought was super cute and neither of us thought that our initial interaction would lead to anything. But, like I say in the song, “not quite.” You never know where life will take you.”

‘One Night’ is SØF’s fifth single this year, following on from ‘The Rush’, ‘Shame On Me’, ‘Infinity’, and ‘Ghosts’. Whilst each track has shown a different side to her as an artist, a common theme throughout is her passion in delivering songs with an edge. She is sassy, spunky and unapologetic – three qualities which make her an artist that you need to have on your radar.
