After signing to BMG worldwide, Australian group The Faim have released their debut single, “Saints Of The Sinners,” on Spotify, Apple Music and iTunes.
The Faim, made of Josh Raven, Michael Bono, Stephen Beerkens and Sean Tighe, premiered the single earlier this week on BBC Radio 1 Rock Show’s ‘Rockest Record.’
Stephen Beerkens, who plays bass and keyboard in the band, reveals that “‘Saints Of The Sinners’ is about making your mark in the world, and not letting anyone stand in the way of where you want to be. It brings out the youth-fuelled rebellion of the voice in all of us that wants to be heard.”
Producer John Feldmann, who has worked with groups such as Blink-182, Good Charlotte, The Used, and more, says, “working with untapped talent like The Faim doesn’t happen every day. I see something in them that I don’t see in a lot of bands… Amazing songwriters, incredible performers, great front man.”
He continues, “I am so pumped for the world to hear what we have created. It is truly a piece of art and I am so grateful I followed through with having these guys out to my house after they sent me their demo!”
In just a few weeks, The Faim is scheduled to embark on a UK tour with group Lower Than Atlantis. They will also perform at the Download Festival later this summer. The tour dates are listed below.
