2015 has definitely been the year of Fifth Harmony. This was the year that the girls went from former X Factor contestants to multi-platinum recording artists. This was the year of the end of the Better Together era and the start of the Reflection era. This was the year of the beginning of Fifth Harmony’s success and we rounded up everything these ladies accomplished this year. Here is our Fifth Harmony year in review:
Ally, Normani, Lauren, Camila, and Dinah all kicked off their year by releasing their debut album, Reflection in late January. The album debuted at #1 in the United States! The girls also went on an album signing tour to promote the album.
In February, the girls kicked off their 25-date Reflection Tour, in which 16 of the dates were sold out! Jasmine V, Jacob Whitesides, and Mahogany Lox served as opening acts. This tour grossed over $1.3 million, being the group’s most successful tour yet.
The girls also performed “Sledgehammer” live at New York Fashion Week.
In March the girls had their radio and music video release for their now hit single, “Worth It”. The music video was first premiered during Nickelodeon’s Kid’s Choice Awards where the girls won the award for favorite new artist.
5H presented an award and slayed the red carpet in April at the Billboard Latin Music Awards.
The girls also announced their collaboration with Candie’s Brand to release a clothing line featuring some looks by each girl.
And let’s not forget this AMAZING performance of “Worth It” the girls did at the Radio Disney Music Awards where Harmonizers also won for “fiercest fans”.
Speaking of amazing performances, let’s also rewind back in May to the Britain’s Got More Talent. The girls performed multiple songs there as well and to no surprise, killed it on stage again.
The girls attended and presented at the Billboard Music Awards,
& had killer performances at Dancing a With The Stars,
and Wango Tango.
In June the girls had a huge television appearance with the one and only, Jimmy Kimmel!

The girls also performed at LA Pride and Summerball.
In July the girls had their summer concert series on The Today Show. These were our personal favorite performances. They looked fierce and performed fierce.
They also started getting more appearances on Latin television. They attended Premios Juventud and won the award for fashion icon and best performance, presented, and did a performance of “Worth It” & “Dame Esta Noche”.

July was also the morning month that the Summer Reflection Tour began. With the success of the first tour, the girls went for round two with opening acts Natalie LaRose, Debby Ryan + The Never Ending, and Bea Miller.
The girls also celebrated their 3 year anniversary!
In September the girls battled it out for “Song of The Summer” at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards. It was a close race but they ultimately lost to 5SOS. They still looked super cute though!
but, the girls did bring home the Teen Choice Award for Song of The Summer, Female Hottie, and Female Artist!
Can we just take a moment and thank Taylor Swift for this iconic moment of 2015? Seeing them perform “Worth It” with Taylor during her Santa Clara show on the 1989 Tour was definitely a highlight of the year!
The ladies also released their song for Hotel Transylvania 2, titled “I’m in Love with a Monster”, followed by a scary hot music video.
August was also the month that “Worth It” went triple platinum! Congrats girls!
In September the girls made their Late Late Show with James Cordon debut and performed “I’m in Love With a Monster”.
October is when the girls kicked off their European leg of The Reflection Tour. All sold out shows and it was their first time touring in Europe! Also while in Europe, the girls performed at the MTV EMAS.
In November, the girls scored a spot on the cover of Latina Magazine and had an appearance at the American Music Awards.
This was a big month for the girls. They performed at the Halo Awards and they also performed “Sin Contrato” with Maluma at the Latin Grammys!
The girls ended their year just right with Jingle Ball performances and being named Group of The Year by Billboard’s Women in Music.
As you can see, Fifth Harmony had an incredible year. 2015 was just the beginning for them and we can’t wait to see what’s in store for next year.
