It’s so totally grool, right?!
The teaser introduces the infamous “Plastics” who in the original movie were played by Rachel McAdams, Amanda Seyfried and Lacey Chabert. But in the musical version, the character of Regina will be portrayed by Taylor Louderman with the roles of Karen and Gretchen being portrayed by Kate Rockwell and Ashley Park respectively.
They have big shoes to fill since the original characters were so iconic but if this teaser is anything to go by then we think they will do an amazing job.
If you want to see the girls donning their best pink outfits and Santa costumes then make sure to catch the, “Mean Girls,” musical when it hits the Broadway stage in New York next year. All of the information you need including dates and ticket prices is available now on the show’s official website, which you can view by clicking right here.
