Céline Dion just announced that she is releasing her newest album, ‘Encore un soir’, next month.
This record will be her first since her 2013 album ‘Loved Me Back To Life’. It will be Dion’s 24th album and 13th album in French. It will be titled ‘Encore un soir’, which means “another night.”
Although this album will be French-only, Dion recently revealed that Pink has written an English song for her. Pink approached Dion after Dion’s husband, René Angélil, and her brother, Daniel, passed away in January.
Céline Dion told EW.com, “She’s a genuine person, and [it was] so generous of her to take the time to write a song for me during the most difficult time of mine,” Dion said. “People have a tendency to send me really sad songs, and we do want to sing the touching songs, but life is beautiful, and I really want to believe that René has a life after his life, that he doesn’t suffer anymore.”
‘Encore un soir’ will be released on August 26 and will be available for preorder July 21. If you preorder the album, the lead single will be ready for instant download.
