On February 26th (KST), the nine-member girl group, TWICE, was announced to be preparing for their next comeback album. The comeback is said to be due sometime in early April, and JYP Entertainment confirmed this statement, but noted that there is no official date yet. However, the company stated that once a date is confirmed, it will be announced officially.
This comeback would be their first album of 2018, and would be their first release since their second Japanese single, ‘Candy Pop’ that was officially released on February 7th. The single sold over 400,000 physical copies, and has led to them receiving their third Japanese platinum certification. They are said to be working on showing more of the colors and charms of TWICE for this next album.
During their comeback schedule, TWICE will be having their second Seoul tour, ‘TWICELAND ZONE 2: Fantasy Park.’ This tour will take place for three days between May 18th through May 20th. Due to the tour being so close to the comeback, songs from the new album might be performed at the concerts. However, no information other than the tour dates has been released yet. More information may be released soon on the TWICE official Twitter account.
