Darren Criss has teamed up with Represent.com to raise money for Musicians On Call. The actor has designed a T-shirt that says “I’m in ? with a teenage mermaid” and it features his high school yearbook picture.

Musicians On Call brings music to the people that need it most – hospital patients. They bring live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities. Since 1999, Musicians On Call have performed for nearly half a million individuals and counting.

This isn’t the first time Darren Criss has raised awareness about Musicians On Call. He has previously set up a campaign for his birthday, where fans could win a trip to Los Angeles and hang out with him. “I enjoy Musicians On Call because it strips down the performing aspect of music to its most basic function – to share, to heal, to inspire,” said Darren.  “It’s just you and another person sharing an intimate moment that is actually bigger than the both of you.”

Criss’s T-shirts cost $24.99 and worldwide shipping is available. The campaign ends on June 14. Check out the limited edition T-shirts here.
