When we first saw Peterborough trio Idolising Nova live we became hooked on their catchy, snazzy sound. They’ve released another indie-pop bop entitled You Told Me You Could Dance and let us tell you a little bit more about the track.
Idolising Nova have made it no secret that they’re spending more time with production duo Sugar House and it shows with this well-rounded track. From the driving drum beats, nimble catchy guitar lines and emotive vocals. Everything from the musical layering to the varying track tempo draws us into the track especially as even though we can’t dance we find ourselves wanting to get up on our feet.
