This week saw another epic team-up in music. This time, Dannic has released “Stay” which features one of the top Romanian female artists around, INNA. He accidentally revealed this collaboration about five months ago during a live video, which he goes on to state that his manager will kill him for revealing the secret.

In the video, Dannic tells the viewers that the two of them met at Romania’s Untold Music Festival, where she asked if he had any beats for her. So, he made a beat especially for her and this is what came out of it. He continues by saying: “It’s not house-y, but it’s still… It’s groovy.” We can’t help but agree with him on that. Watch the Q&A video below, we’ve used an INNA fan page that sectioned off the video; however, we’ve also included the full video where the exclusive reveal starts at 22 minutes 45 seconds in.

Watch Dannic’s Q&A Video Where He Reveals The Collab With INNA Here:

The song was written by Clara Mae, Daan Romers, Elena Alexandra Apostoleanu, Matias Lehtola, and Richard Beynon. It was produced by Dannic, INNA, and Richard Beynon. The song has been released through Spinnin’ Records – becoming INNA’s second collaboration on this label in the last nine months, the other one being Sam Feldt X Lush & Simon’s “Fade Away“.

Listen To Dannic’s New Single “Stay” Featuring INNA Here:

Dannic has yet to have an international charting hit; having said that he’s been named as one of the top DJs in the world for many years. He’s collaborated with some of the biggest and the best names in the industry, including Hardwell, Sick Individuals, and Fedde Le Grand. He’s remixed some big songs by established acts such as The Wanted, Nicky Romero, and Armin Van Buuren. Collaborating with INNA sure is a big step in his career and we expect a future track of his to go viral.

We completely agree with Dannic’s opinion of the song, it certainly isn’t house music, but definitely groovy, that will still set floors alight around the world. INNA’s vocals are as sweet as ever, easily conveying the emotion of the song with meaning and passion. Dannic impresses with the backing track, with a non-stop danceable beat and subtle drops that we can’t help but crave for. The lyrics are hard-hitting with an incredible loving significance behind them.

“Stay” by Dannic featuring INNA is available to download and stream right now, through Spinnin’ Records. We hope this isn’t the last time these two artists collaborate, and we expect a music video for the song to be released in the future, just like there was for the Sam Feldt X Lush & Simon’s “Fade Away” which also featured INNA.
