Temecula Road might not be on your Spotify playlist yet, but we’re certain this will change soon. The country-pop trio has already made waves in America but now they’re turning their sights to the UK.
From Temecula in California, the trio is made up of Emma and Maddie Salute and long-term friend Dawson Anderson. Having received attention from American outlets including The Huffington Post naming them one of the top country groups to watch. Alongside Radio Disney naming them their Next Big Thing featured artist, we’re ready to become hooked.
Signed to Decca in the UK, their first UK single Hoping is a feel-good track with upbeat, hopeful lyrics which just makes you want to get up and have a really great time. That’s what Temecula Road are here to do, make you feel good and bring a modern edge to the country sound making a comeback recently.
Working alongside Buena Vista Records in America (part of Disney Music Group) has meant substantial support from Disney Channel and Radio Disney boosting American footprint. Single ‘What If I Kissed You’ allowed the group to tackle new territories including CMA Music Festival in Nashville and support slots for Martina McBride and Kenny Rogers. They made their debut UK appearance earlier this year at legendary Country 2 Country in London allowing their UK presence to begin to blossom.
Next on the cards for Temecula Road is some UK adventures including coming back to the UK to London next month for Country Music Week. They’ll be playing at London Borderline on 5th and 7th October whilst making a stop at Bush Hall on the 6th giving you three great opportunities to catch their live performance.
