Rising father-son country/pop crossover duo Jack and Tim have today (Thursday, August 15th) announced the details of their fourth and final single in their #4Singles4Weeks campaign. The run of releases throughout the months of July and August saw the 2018 Britain’s Got Talent Golden Buzzer act share three tracks ‘Thinking About You’, ‘Big Wide World’, and ‘The Man In The Moon’.
All the songs released across such a short time period were shared in order for fans to get a real taste of what musical direction Jack and Tim are headed and what they can expect from their forthcoming debut album which is slated for release later this year/early 2020.
Talking about the inspiration behind their new single ‘Simple Days’ which will be officially dropping on Wednesday, August 21st, Tim said: “Simple Days was written early this year and is about mine and Jack’s collective childhood experiences! Although we are generations apart we both connect entirely with the lyric, and sometimes when life feels a bit complicated this song kind of brings back “ the calm. Like all our songs, it’s about us”.
Jack added: “Yeah we both have really good memories of our Nan and Grandads house, there’s even a song about that on the album called “ Number 35 “ which means a lot to us, I think lots of people will connect with it .. well we hope so!”
