Beloved British pop legends JLS have delighted fans around the world today (September 3rd) with the release of their brand new single, Eternal Love – a gloriously uplifting R&B/pop anthem written by Grammy Award winning recording artist Ed Sheeran and produced by the legendary Steve Mac (BTS, Maisie Peters, Little Mix).
Serving as the groups first official release in over 8 years, the rousing track sees Ortisé, Marvin, JB and Aston revisit and reimagine their quintessential signature sound, incorporating elements of classic 00’s pop with modern, melodic sonic synths and hard beats, to produce a timeless R&B bop that sits perfectly alongside the groups already flawless discography.
In a joint statement the band say of the single: “Being back after so long has made us appreciate just how much we’ve missed singing and performing together. ‘Eternal Love’ is a continuation of the feel good energy we’ve always been about. Music is and always will be in our DNA, the chemistry we have as a band is unique and we’re looking forward to our new chapter – JLS 2.0. It feels good to be back”.

JLS 2.0
Since their inception back in 2007, JLS have defiantly walked their own path to success, by ripping up the rulebook and reinventing the wheel for what it meant to be a ‘boy band’ in the mid to late 00’s, with their inimitable soulful, RnB and pop sound and highly stylised, exhilarating live shows winning the super talented quartet a legion of loyal and devoted fans.
Having enjoyed phenomenal success between 2008 – 2013, releasing four multi-platinum albums, 14 singles (including the #1 hits Beat Again, Everybody In Love, The Club Is Alive, Love You More and She Makes Me Wanna), embarking on four sellout tours and selling over 6 million records worldwide, the group announced they were to take an extended break in 2013 to pursue individual solo projects of varying degrees.

The last date of the tour will encompass both an evening show, as well as a free, NHS matinee performance that has been arranged for all NHS frontline staff and primary care workers, as a personal thanks from the band to the national health service, for their admirable and continued efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic.
