The music video for JoAnna Lee’s debut single ‘The Real Thing’ has already gained well in excess of 100,000 views on YouTube, with the song not due to be officially released until July 28th, proving that she already has a strong fanbase just waiting to download her music.
‘The Real Thing’ is a beautiful soul filled pop song and it was written at JoAnna Lee’s current home in Austin, Texas where her supreme talent has managed to gain the attention of many multi-platinum selling producers, including renowned producer Dwight Baker.
The soul track is the first to be lifted off Lee’s upcoming debut album ‘So Free’ which will be released on September 22nd.
Speaking about ‘The Real Thing’ JoAnna Lee says; “I wrote this song about a boy who walked into a bar and I couldn’t take my eyes off him. I got his name and number and we had fun. And that’s all I’m going to say about that”.
