Another instant grat single, and she isn’t holding back. JoJo graces us with even more powerful and real lyrics on this collaboration with Remy Ma called “FAB.”.
Probably the most curious titles on her new album, “FAB.” has had us all guessing until it finally dropped and we found out it is an acronym meaning “Fake Ass Bitches.”.
FAB.= FAKE ASS BITCHES. on now @TheFader
S/O to one of my favorite rappers evaaaaa @RealRemyMa 4 a dope ass verse! https://t.co/hFc5BvT1lX— JoJo. (@iamjojo) September 22, 2016
Written by Joanna Levesque (JoJo), Mackie, Hayley Warner, Joe Kirkland, Jason Dean and Jussi Karvinen; the song features Grammy-nominated American rapper Remy Ma.
This song leans more towards “F*** Apologies” than it does with “Mad Love.”, although all three tracks fit nicely together in one of the most anticipated albums of the year.

Fully emotional, JoJo shows off her amazing vocal chords as she sings these honest and real lyrics. The bridge has a brilliant hook that leads into a relaxed but catchy chorus that you’ll be singing along to by the end of the song.
Remy Ma splits the song just at the right time, adding texture and flavour. In time with the music, Remy Ma impresses, switching this track up, making us love it even more.
But what really stands out is the verse after the rap. JoJo’s vocals are on fire by this point, and just when we think she hasn’t got anything more to give, she does the unexpected and unleashes a built up energy on to the unexpected listener. Talk about electrifying us.

JoJo said of this song: “This song is very direct. We’ve all encountered fake ass bitches, no matter the gender. So I wrote a song about it, calling them out but also celebrating the real ones. For the real ones: I love this song and I hope you do too. “
It’s been ten years since JoJo has released an album, much has changed since then. It’s been a long wait and JoJo has fought to get to this point. Finally, she gets to release her third album, so order it now, because it’s going to be perfection personified. She didn’t wait ten years to release a mediocre album; “Mad Love.” is going to be the album of the year, if not the decade!
