Fans of Lana Del Rey have been eagerly waiting to hear what’s next for the star and her music, but the wait may be over soon.
Her next album, Norman Fucking Rockwell, has surely been anticipated by many, and during a livestream on Dec. 30, Rey gave viewers a hint about when they may be hearing the first bit of the unreleased LP.
“I think I’m putting a song out on January 8,” Rey said at first, but after countless comments began rolling in, she was quick to add, “but I’m not a thousand percent on it. Maybe the 8th.”
It has now been confirmed that the single, titled “hope is a dangerous thing for a woman like me to have- but i have i”, will be released on Jan. 9.
Fans of Lana Del Rey were more than excited with the news and especially after the ‘Summertime Sadness’ singer revealed her album was completely finished.
Singles titled ‘Mariners Apartment Complex’ and ‘Venice Bitch’ were released back in 2018 and there is also a snippet of the song ‘Sylvia Plath’ which was originally posted back in October of last year.
Lana appeared to be happy and excited about her upcoming music and in general on her livestream and Twitter in the final days of 2018.
