Is it a requirement when you sign a contract with Disney Channel that you have to be insanely good looking, an actor/actress, singer, songwriter, dancer, fashionista, clothing designer and professional juggler? Ok, maybe not that last one.
Another former Disney Channel star is breaking away. The latest edition is Austin & Ally‘s Laura Marano who’s debut single “Boombox” was just released through Big Machine Label Group, LLC.
Totally shedding her clean cut Ally image, Marano is seen in the entire video in crop tops. Cute, comical, and sure as heck, catchy (it’s now stuck in our heads forever) we think Laura has a hit on her hands. Not to mention, how cute are her dancers? Total heart eyes!
The video stars Ken Jeong from ABC’s Dr. Ken, as the director and he delivers our new favorite line “Don’t embarrass me in front of the lowers, they worship me”.
Laura is currently a host for the Disney owned Radio Disney.
