Liam Payne is back! After teasing the track on social media, the artist returns with his highly anticipated new release, ‘Teardrops’.
Born from a year of collaboration and self-reflection, Liam wrote ‘Teardrops’ with long-time collaborator Jamie Scott alongside ‘NSync star JC Chasez. The track is a heartfelt ballad which sees Liam bare his soul about heartbreak. “Teardrops are fallin’ down your face again ’cause I don’t know how to love you when I am broken too,” he sings during the booming chorus.
Speaking about the track, Liam said: “‘Teardrops’ is about the vulnerability of heartbreak and the challenge of overcoming those moments. This song marks the start of a new beginning, there’s lots more to come in 2024.”

‘Teardrops’ marks Liam’s first release in three years, following on from previous single ‘Sunshine’ and the release of his debut solo album LP1.
