‘Beliya’, the collaboration between The Vamps and Bollywood’s Vishal and Shekhar is finally here!

A few weeks ago, it was announced that a collaboration would be dropping soon. The track premiered with BollywoodHungama.com earlier today, and you will most certainly want to embrace the feel-good vibes that radiate from this song after listening to it.

The official music video is a black and white visual, made up of footage of the song being recorded. It shows the close partnership between The Vamps and Vishal-Shekhar as they work together to create the uplifting track. It’s clear to see that a lot of fun was had during the process!

‘Beliya’ crosses into new boundaries for both Vishal and Shekhar, and The Vamps. Whilst Vishal and Shekhar are known for their music in Bollywood, with a number of hits to their credit, they jumped at the chance to try something new by collaborating with The Vamps. The band also break out of their comfort zone and bring something different to the table, by singing some of the song in Hindi!

The collaboration is the brainchild of Bottomline Media and Virgin EMI Records. Tanaaz Bhatia, Managing Director and founder of Bottomline Media Pvt. Ltd, said, “We have partnered to create music that people with different interests would enjoy. The Vamps are the first artistes to be a part of this alliance. The song is a fusion of both cultures and I’m confident that everyone will like it.”

The Vamps will be visiting India soon to promote the song, which is great news for their Indian fans! Be sure to check their social media for more information.

We’ve already got ‘Beliya’ on repeat and we’re singing “Together we’re beautiful” at the top of our lungs. It’s the kind of track that deserves to be played at full volume, especially on a glorious day.
