‘Glory Days’ was released on 18 November 2016, hence the Platinum Edition’s release follows a year after the original album’s release. The ‘Glory Days’ album represented a more mature sound from the band, featuring tracks such as ‘Down & Dirty’, ‘Power’, and ‘Your Love’. The album also featured a collaboration with the incredibly talented Charlie Puth on ‘Oops’.

The album was also responsible for several big achievements for Jesy, Jade, Leigh-Anne and Perrie – one of which is their achievement of gaining their first Number 1 album with ‘Glory Days’.

Another phenomenal achievement for the band during this era was the iconic BRIT Award win. Little Mix won ‘Best British Single’ for quite possibly one of the best break-up anthems from the ‘Glory Days’ album, ‘Shout Out To My Ex’.

Since the album’s release, the band have done collaborations with Machine Gun Kelly (‘No More Sad Songs’), Stormzy (‘Power’), and Kid Ink (‘Touch’). Their most recent collaboration is alongside Spanish boy band CNCO for ‘Reggaetón Lento (Remix)’.

‘Glory Days: The Platinum Edition’ is set to be released on 24 November, with pre-order becoming available from 20 October.
