Less than a week after its release and first ever live performance on The X-Factor, Little Mix’s legendary single, Shout Out To My Ex, has debuted at number one on the U.K charts for this week!
The track collected an astounding 95,000 sales, 67,000 of which were downloads. It has also been topping iTunes Charts around the world. In fact, Shout Out To My Ex is Little Mix’s highest charting single in America!
What makes this feat even more remarkable is that the song was released on a Sunday, which means over two days of sales were lost. It is also the first song to debut at number 1 after missing days of sales since Eminem’s The Monster in 2013.
This achievement also makes them the first winners of the X-Factor to have four number 1 songs in the U.K! Their previous number 1 hits are Cannonball, Move, and Black Magic.
