    Why we love unsigned artists

Every artist has to start somewhere; no one gets fame for nothing. So you buy an instrument or two, find some friends and practice in your garage which has, well, not great acoustics. Then when you don’t suck, you share your music and hope people like it. And here at CelebMix, we love finding new artists, and here’s why.

    They take nothing for granted.

Unsigned bands love every fan they get, and pay as much attention to us as they can. They always try and keep their fans happy with their music and it’s even easier now, with social media.

    Cheap tickets.

This may be more of a selfish reason, but if you can get cheap concert tickets, why wouldn’t you go? You get the experience of a concert, still with money in your pocket. Really, it’s a win-win situation.

    PledgeMusic™

Obviously, they need funds to pay for instruments, sound equipment, lighting and venues, and that can be extremely costly for a small artist. So along comes PledgeMusic. Artists use this to sell one-of-a-kind, special edition items to reach a certain goal. You can grab things such as signed drum skins, set lists, lyric sheets and all sorts of things you can’t get anywhere else.

    It’s a more personal experience.

If you catch the artist early, you might even be able to make friends with them. Imagine when they get more popular and they still recognise you, surrounded by jealous fans. You know them, not just their name, and if you’re lucky, you might get VIP treatment (no promises!).

You join their journey to the top.

Artists suck when they start. But when you’re with them every step of the way, they grow on you, and you begin to feel a lot closer to them. Then, when they become more popular, growing their fanbase, it makes you proud of them, and proud to say you were on the journey together.
